The IEA congratulates Prof Andreu Mas-Colell for being awarded the Gold Medal for Scientific Merit by the City of Barcelona. Prof. Andreu Mas-Colell is founder of BSE and Emeritus BSE Research Professor and an active member of the Council of the IEA.
